All inside pages are in great shape. Bottom 2.75 inch portion of the red leather spine cover is torn off (spine still protected with cloth and paper binding underneath). The rest of the red leather spine and red cloth cover has normal shelf wear. Measures 9.75 x 6.75 x 1.9 inches. 378 pages.
