Chicago: Callaghan and Company, 1912 976pp. Damp staining at spine ends of text block. Small damp stain at top tip of textblock. Dust staining to edges of text block. A few small stains and a few small scratches on foredge of text block. Small notations in ink near lower tip of first two pages. Light toning on pages. Part of "Y" and all of "Z" on thumb index is missing. Former owner name, law school, and date written on second endpaper in ink. Former owner notation on second rear endpaper. Old bindery sticker inside rear board. Scotch tape holding "Y" to thumb index. Smudging to the 3rd front endpaper. Text is unmarked. . Later Printing. Hardcover. Good Minus/No Dust Jacket.
