Original cloth gilt, all edges gilt, touch of wear to spine ends and corners, stitching now a bit weak with a couple of plates loose, sporadic foxing. *With much on American methods, several chapters on Cheese-making, in England and on the Continent, Butter-making, Condensed Milk, Hay-making, dairying in Canada and on the Continent, and a final chapter on Pigs, Goats and Poultry [with 2 fine chromolithographs].
