About This Item
Greenwich: New York Graphic Society, 1958. First Edition, First Printing. Signed presentation copy with a vigorous 2 page original signed pencil drawing on the title pages by Salvador Dali. Inscribed “Pour Len, homage, Dali.” The drawing is one of Dali’s stark landscapes with two of his swirling figures and a large Daliesque ant (like those depicted in his famous oil painting Persistence of Memory). Large oblong folio, with fine black & white gravure illustrations and 17 tipped-in color plates. Fine in the original clear acetate dust jacket and in the especially rare cardboard box with printed label which is in very good condition.
