Herbert Jenkins, 1940. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. Circa 1940. Twenty first printing. Orange boards with black titles. Pictorial dustwrapper with same wrapper artwork as the first edition. A very good copy with clean boards. Small mark to bottom right corner of front board. Internally clean with no inscriptions. The good dustwrapper has light chipping to head & tail of spine with some tearing along spine hinges & leading hinge of front panel/fold. Toning to spine. Small ink name to front panel. The dustwrapper is now loosely placed in a white backed archival dustwrapper protector. .
Synopsis
P.G. Wodehouse was born in 1881. He is the creator of Jeeves, Blandings Castle, Psmith, Ukridge, Uncle Fred and Mr Mulliner stories and novels.
