Simon and Schuster hardcover with dust jacket, 1st edition (stated), 1959, 191 pages, cover art by Paul Nonnast. 8vo (7.75"" x 5"") 2nd in series, preceded by Black Treasure, and followed by Stormy Voyage, Fire at Red Lake, and others. The first 6 Sandy Steele books were published simultaneously in 1959. They were written by Robert Leckie, writing as Roger Barlow.
