London: Faber and Faber, 1935. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Red boards with sliver and blue lettering on spine. Spine is slightly faded, book is very slightly cocked. End papers are foxed, top edge is dusted. Interior is yellowed, but no foxing. Book is tight and very clean. Protected with plastic. Dedicated to Whit Burnett and Martha Foley. Saroyan's first book.
