Hare in the original publisher's cloth binding.A lovely travel guide from the early nineteenth century, with illustrations throughout the text by the author. Covers areas in and around Paris from the author's personal experiences, including Versaille, S. Germain, and Meaux.  In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, very smart. There is some slight bumping to the head and tail of the spine. There is some light spotting to the fore edge. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean with some spotting to the endpapers only. Very Good Indeed

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
