Unmarked vinyl, in VG original sleeve and inner sleeve. Gift inscription on rear.. 7" 33rpm vinyl record. Sermon Preached By The Dean, The Very Rev. J.R. da Costa, In The Cathedral Of St. Mary And All Saints In Salisbury, Rhodesia, On Friday, 8th September, 1978 At The Service For Those Who Were Massacred In The Viscount Air Disaster Sunday 3rd September 1978. The Viscount was Air Rhodesia Flight 825, a scheduled passenger flight, was shot down by the Zimbabwe People's Revolutionary Army (ZIPRA). The Viscount, named the Hunyani, was flying the last leg of Air Rhodesia's regular scheduled service from Victoria Falls to the capital Salisbury, via the resort town of Kariba.
