Author's presentation copy, inscribed to H. B. W. 25th March 1938, with the note A slim successor to my Cotswold Corn, mainly personal to Eve: republished with her permission, in a limited edition. Condition: In original paper wraps. Externally, sound with slight curling and very small closed tears to front board. Internally, firmly bound, bright and clean but with mark to final page. Overall: VERY GOOD INDEED.

A very scarce, limited edition copy of this poem by prolific South-West author Elizabeth Rebecca Ward. A limited edition copy of this very scarce collection of poetry, signed by author Elizabeth Rebecca Ward With an ink inscription by the author to the half title. The inscription reads, 'H.B.W. from V. A. L. 25.3.38. A slim successor to by Cotswold Corn', mainly personal to Eve: republished with her permission in a limited edition.' Although Elizabeth Rebecca Ward refers to herself as V. A. L. in this volume, the prolific English writer usually published under the pen-name Fay Inchfawn. As well as writing popular verse, religious works, and books for children, her works were often serialised in women's magazines. In a green paperback binding. Externally, generally smart.
