Frederick Warne and Co., 1111. Hardcover. Acceptable. Verbatim Reorint. 804 pages. No dust jacket. Volume II. Green decorative cloth with with gilt lettering to spine. Pages are visibly tanned with notable foxing throughout. Heavier foxing to towards start and end of the book. Front free endpaper detached but still present with pencil marks on it. Pencil mark to last page. Heavy cracking to hinges, with exposed netting. Discolouration to pastedowns and endpapers. Cracking to gutters with exposed netting. Binding is shaky. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surface. Heavy staining to boards. Moderate fraying to corners and edges. Notable tanning to spine with pronounced crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is darkened.
