Ex-library (Academy of Medicine of Northern New Jersey; bookplate and stamp). William Johnson Walsham (1847-1903) was an attending at St. Bartholomews Hosps in London. He was a general surgeon in charge of the orthopaedic department. Other than being ex lib., the book is tight, very good plus.. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Very Good.
