A handsome first print copy in very good condition--issued without dustjacket. Red Cloth with gilt lettering to front board and spine. Lightly rubbed boards with age toning to the text block. Some light spotting and discoloration to bottom of interior pages at rear of book and rear board -but very faint. Light weakness to the front hinge--only starting. Original tissue guard protecting title page still in place. A collectible copy from a Pulitzer Prize winning author.
