About This Item
Philadelphia: Land Title and Trust Company, 1902 Good condition. This is a large (11" tall by 14 1/2" wide) brochure touting the qualities of the new 22 story addition about to be completed in 1902. It outlines the many amenities of the building and provides detailed floor plans for prospective tenants. The brochure is printed and designed to resemble a land title document, complete with replica wax seal. The brochure has been folded in half at the center. The edges have several tears and small chips and closed page tears that have been repaired with archival safe document repair tape. Pages are generally clean and unmarked, but several pages of floor plans have annotations and prospective tenet alterations and room assignments marked in red pencil. This item is a rare surviving relict of an iconic Philadelphia architectural landmark.
