Synopsis
Peter Bradford is a writer and designer of books. His first book, Chair , was a study of the American design culture. Recent books include Information Architects , the first anthology of information design, and Jackie Tales , a book about Jackie Torrence. Harry Wolf established his architectural practice in North Carolina and now works in Los Angeles. He has designed a wide range of public and private buildings including the NCNB Florida headquarters in Tampa. George Lois started his own ad agency in 1960 and is responsible for some of the best-known ad campaigns of the last four decades. He designed many famous covers for Esquire magazine during the 1960s, many of which are chronicled in Covering the '60s: George Lois; The Esquire Era . Peter Blake is a renowned architectural historian. He is the author of the seminal The Master Builders , on Frank Lloyd Wright, Le Corbusier, and Mies van der Rohe.
