Exeter: The Devon and Cornwall Record Society, 1939 Two volumes, hardbacks, each 165mm x 220mm tall (6.75" x 8.75" approx.). Volume 1, Published 1912, Pp xiv, 437 and Volume 2, Published 1939, Pp xi, 494. Withdrawn and sold from the holdings of Keele University, the volumes show little sign of use. Each volume with unstamped labels to front endpapers, a small, neat, embossed stamp-impression to blank foot of a preliminary leaf, and a label to spine foot. Prelims of the first volume browned and a one-inch scratch to the rear board of the first volume but otherwise almost fine, in green cloth-covered boards/gilt spine title. Several more Record Society volumes relating to surrounding areas, in matching bindings, also available. List provided upon request.. First Edition Thus. Cloth. Almost Fine.
