London: Printed By and for J. Jones, 1821. Book measures 5 1/8 x 3 inches. Collation, 874pp,263[1]pp, first work, engraved frontis, engraved title, 20 engraved plates, second work, engraved frontis, 12 engraved plates. Second work, published 1816. Bound in full period red gilt morocco, ornate gilt tooling, full gilt edges, marble endpapers. Binding slightly sprung, a couple of short splits on hinge joints, but boards firm, some minor wear. Binding in very good condition. Internally, one plate, and one page of text nicked on bottom margin with loss, but no loss of text or engraved area, two pages of Testament stuck together along inner margin, affecting text, [ i.e. making the inner margin unreadable ]. Some light browing to plates. Pages and plates in good clean condition. A very nice copy, in a very attractive period binding.. Leather. Near Very Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
