First edition (Spielmann, 121). A miniature guide to the sights of London. Includes many different illustrations depicting the popular attaractions (British Museum, Thames Tunnel, and the Vauxhall Gardens to name a few). Also included are many different statues, churches, etc. Spielmann mentions that there should be 18 pages of advertisments by the publisher marketing some of their books, however this copy only has 8 pages. Not a flaw, just how the book was made at the time. Some light wear to extremities. Minor split between front/rear covers and text block (which is solid). Rare miniature book in excellent condition.
