Vol III. 1222 columns. 64 Full page illustrations, including 16 colour. Vol IV. 1638 columns, 65 Full page illustrations, including 16 colour. Bound in dark blue crushed quarter calf, linen boards, gilt title lettering, full marble edges. Very slight marking to top board on 2 volumes, bindings in excellent clean firm condition, all hinge joints strong. Internally, no loose pages, bookplate on fixed endpaper of each volumes, with gift inscription, no other marking/writing, some occasional light spotting. Pages and illustrations in very good clean condition throughout. Books measure 23x32cm. Weight 14kg.A50. Large Quarto.
