Pretoria: Staatsdrukker, 1978. Hardcover. Very Good. 2e druk. The boards are shelfrubbed and lightly rubbed at the extremities. Some whitish mottling to spine. 594pp. + many b/w plates and fold-out maps in colour. Maps still crisp. No prev ownership marks. Binding tight. Blemish at outer margins of leaves at pp. 86/7 caused by small squashed insect. Overall a nice solid copy. Heavy at 1.2kg. Scarce.
