New York: Amerikanischen Traktats-Gesellschaft [American Tract Society], 1850. Hardcover. Good. 440 p., 7 leaves of plates; 16 cm. Brown cloth with gilt-stamped spine title and decoration; blind-stamped decoration on boards. Yellow endpapers. The second part has separate title page but continuous pagination. No date of publication. The American Tract Society was located at 150 Nassau St., the address given on the title page, from 1833 to 1894, and again from 1899. In Good Condition: cover is lightly soiled; corners are rubbed; minor loss at tail of spine; foxing throughout; small stain at upper edge of a few pages; otherwise, clean and tight.
