Richard Feetham (1874-1965) was a politician and judge, who formed part of Lord Alfred Milner's 'Kindergarten', tasked with re-establishing local government in the Transvaal following the Anglo-Boer War. "As a classical scholar he completed a revision of Crawley's translation of Thucydides' Peloponnnesian War (1903) and also contributed several articles on law and constitutional issues to the Defenders of the constitution series (1953-56)." - DSAB IV, p. 155. .
