Visually the exterior appearance is acceptable, and even internally, the book is also in an acceptable condition/state of preservation and presentation for a book of it's age and nature, i.e. a child's illustrated nursery rhymes book. It is only the described and mainly exterior faults and the very few internal annotations described that prevents a higher grading.Despite them,it is still an acceptable copy.

Contains some traditional rhymes,including those in general use,as well as some which are less familiar.Some historical informational footnotes also included.
