Blue cloth with gilt titling on spine and front, coloured upper textblock edge, leading edge is untrimmed, black and white map on end papers, frontispiece is a black and white photographic portrait of the author, and is signed by him, illustrated with black and white photographs and a map, 405 pages. Cover has light shelf wear; spine, upper text block edge and tops of boards sunned; light foxing to text block edge, the front hinge is loose and weak with the webbing exposed for half of its length, text appears to be clean and tight. Book is overweight. Shipping charges are calculated for a standard parcel under 1 kg. Additional charges will apply for heavier shipments, but not until the customer agrees.
