Sturdy, attractive, tightly bound in hardcover format, generally clean, lightly toned at worst, minimal rubbing to extremities. Brown linen cloth over boards, blind-ruled covers, still sharp and distinct gilt lettering to spine. Harry de Berkeley (1862-1935) was a well-respected American civil engineer. Ten tables, 73 black-and-white illustrations and photographs of civil engineering projects to handle municipal waste around the world. x [1], 2-186 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
