Possibly a library edition due to price on jacket. Light wear to corners. Inside pages are generally clean, bright and unmarked, with slight evidence of fingering. Dustjacket has edge and corner wear, including a few short, closed tears. Glue remains on rear panel from some sort of label. Small sticker pull on front panel. A bit of soiling. Not price clipped - $14.89. The sequel to William Steig's first tale of Doctor Bernard De Soto, a mouse-dentist, who, in this story, travels to Africa to fix the aching tooth of an elephant. .
