Published 1883. Condition as follows: 34pp front matter, 800pp text including index. Text is lightly mottled, binding firm, cover lifting away from the front guard. Cover as shown with this listing is rubbed, bumped and chipped with a library label on the spine. One fold-out map tipped in after the title page, the map is lifting away from the book-block.
