London: Eyre & Spottiswoode. Bound in smart brown cloth with paste down of terrier and bright gilt titles to front board, this dated 1917 First Edition is VG. V11/117pp with Prologue, 5 Chapters and Appendix. Numerous coloured illustrations of Dogs. Clean endpaper and sound tight binding. Past down to front board has one small chip (1cm x 5mm): Spine and corners have minmal rubbing, otherwise all VG . Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition... 1927.
