Exterior lightly scuffed, board edges rubbed, inner front hinge paper splitting (but board, binding firm). Small closed tear at bottom of Preface pg & final 2 pgs. Otherwise vg condition, clean & tight, all plates present. 245 pp. Dated inscription on front flyleaf, "Christmas 1907".
