New York: The Viking Press, 1983. First American Edition. Hardcover. Good +/Good +. Paper boards and orange quarter spine with silver lettering. Heel of spine lightly bumped otherwise very good. Old price sticker roughly removed front front paste down at upper inner corner, scarring the surface of front paste down paper. Dust jacket with wear to edges, with a few short rips, darkened spine and scuffed rear panel but clean and rather good. Inscribed by author and dated 1995. From the collection of Canadian writer Greg Gatenby, with his ownership signature to upper right corner of front endpaper.
