Not many of these wooden 3-D Nazi propaganda books were constructed---they were for the early avid enthusiasts and they were not cheap in any respect. The whole hand-made production is impressively designed, the viewer system in particular stands out for its clever effectiveness and craftsmanship. There are 100 3-D adaptable photos, all intact, this type of presentation being Hoffman's specialty. There are many illustrations as well, with a narrative in German, in Gothic script. Rare in the U.S. to find a copy in such collectible condition.
