Hardback small octavo, dustjacket, very good condition (in very good dustjacket), full-page black & white drawings, minor edgewear jacket (few tiny edge tears, edges little rubbed). 100 pp. This book is the second book of poetry by Edwin Wilson, a poet and botanist with an interest in history. The title is named for the 'Dragon Tree' (Dracaena draco) in the Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney. The poems are about time, destiny, memory and death. (Limited edition of 1000 copies printed in the book, but modified by written text: no. 98 of a limited edition of 250 copies.).
