Introduction by Henry Glassford Bell. Binding remains firm. Crinkling to gutters. Hinges are cracked with netting exposed. Pencil inscription to title page. Pages are moderately tanned throughout. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. There is bumping to corners and crushing to spine ends. Tanning to spine and edges. Gilt lettering is darkened.
