PHYSICAL DETAILS: Octavo (8 3/8 x 5 3/8 inches; 212 x 137 mm), [2], 9, [1] pages, in stapled, light green wrappers (soft cover).
CONDITION: Edge wear and a few stains to the wrappers. Very Good or better.
