London: Macmillan & Co Ltd, 1958. Maroon boards, decorative gilt title on spine, 'TH" impression on front, top edge maroon, 569 pages total. Lightly rubbed and creased on ends of spine, rubbed on tips of corners. Vol I/II has rubbed area (1/2 inch) along spine and light smudge on fore edge. Pages darkened but clean, binding tight. Overall, very good. Vol III - very good plus.. Hard Cover. Very Good/No DJ. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
