First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. pp., xiv, 210; illustrated, 8 full page b & w plates from photographs, ex private library (Mary Gannan , Maggie Muggins creator) with her bookplate on front pastedown, 5 line ink inscription on front endpaper, (" to Just Mary" , inscription is not by author), mark on top edges, light fade to book edges, spine f d.j. lightly faded, d.j. has edge chips, small tears, and light soil. Broley retired from a career in banking and took up his bird-watching hobby in earnest, and became a world-authority on the American Bald Eagle. Size: 8 Vo.,.
