The book also provides brief histories of the following Lifeboat Stations and their lifeboats:- Aldeburgh,Caister, Cromer, Great Yarmouth & Gorleston, Lowestoft, Palling, Sheringham, Southwold, Wells-next-the-Sea, and the smaller Lifeboat Stations, now closed.
