Unemployment among the educated female youth deserves separate and priority treatment as growing concern with the effects of planning process become a matter of major concern. Even this prospective some of the salient features of the problems have been analysed in the book with a view to helping the policy makers in formulating appropriate strategies and approaches whose efficiency would be judged in the removal of genders disparities. The author has also carried out the micro level study of Lucknow (U.P.) objectively and presented empirical realities regarding needs and problems of unemployed educated female youth and based on findings of the study made positive and viable recommendations for appropriate channellizations of unemployment problems especially amongst educated female youth in India.
