London: Edward Arnold, 1890. Book. Illus. by 16 Photo Plates. Very Good. Decorative Cloth. 2nd Edition. Very good binding except fading at the bottom of rear board. This traveller was in Egypt for six months. Good read on British rule at the end of the 19th Century. Pages 250. Bright gilt titles on spine and front, on a turquoise cloth binding. Inside, very clean and tight with no foxing or stains. Prior owner signatures on the page after the endpaper, no other prior owner marks. .
