About This Item
NY: MacMillan Company, 1962. (1st edition). Hardbound. GOOD+. As new except for a faint tilt to the spine, a small bump to the top front cover corner and no dust jacket. 591 pages. A wonderful period piece written by the former First Lady of the United States (1933-1945) and US delegate to the United Nations(1945-1952), who through those years set the standard for the way things should be done. Much of her own philosophy about patriotism, social mores, and contemporary behaviors of the period is sprinkled through the text. 6.5x9.5x1.75" Migrated Template
