Undated but 1956. Wraparound dust jacket and flaps illustrated by Hilda Boswell, endpapers by Cicely Steed, colour plates by Mary Kendal Lee. Numerous colour illustrations. Peach coloured cloth boards with green spine, bright gilt titles and funfair vignette to front, gilt titles to spine. Binding tight with light pushing to spine ends., boards very clean and corners square. Neat inscription to verso of front endpaper. Crossword on page 85 filled in by pencil otherwise content clean and bright. Jacket not clipped 12s 6d net with some loss to spine ends andbottom of front panel, splits to folds, creasing and tears to edges. Not ex-library. 156pp. All books are individually described. All overseas orders are sent airmail by Royal Mail International Tracked.
