Volume w. light wear to covers, three brief cracks to front hinge, ribbon marker coming loose, else tightly bound, clean and unmarked. A detailed list of everyone who was anyone in turn-of-the-century Vancouver, BC. Includes a complete list of 1908 social clubs (Terminal City Club, Western Club, American Club, Tennis Club, Royal Vancouver Yacht Club, etc.) and their paid-up members at the rear. Also lists "Privileged Members" who were variously residing on the S.S. "Empress of China", "Empress of Japan", or "Empress of India" at the time of publication.
