In 296 pages, with decorative endpapers, lavishly illustrated throughout.This edition has the original blue-colored cloth over boards (not the later orange ones), with a brilliantly colored paper pastedown to front cover & black lettering & design to spine (fancy publisher script, not plain). Condition is Near Fine: extremely clean, binding straight & strong, pages creamy white with light tanning around all edges; no foxing or stains. . Front pastedown is bright, NO fading or edgewear! Ownership box is blank; NO writing/highlighting/underlining; not ex-lib. Only flaws are slight rubbing to extremities & mild corner bumping. The matching DJ is VG, downgraded due to a few chips & light soil; beautifully protected in new archival mylar cover free! A gorgeous copy deserving a special place in your collection!
