New York: The Modern Library, 1937. 1st Thus. Very Good. Introduction by Lionel Trilling. First edition, later printing, introduction is dated 1937 on copyright page and binding aligns with timeline. In original, clipped, dust jacket in mylar with some rubbing, scuffing, and chipping. Red cloth over boards with gilded lettering and frames around green labels on front and spine. Corners just bumped and some rubbing to edges. Stamp and marked out name on ffep. Interior is clean and clear.
