The End of the Hunt

by Flanagan, Thomas

Condition: Near Fine/Very Good+

NY: Dutton, 1994. Book. Near Fine. Hardcover. Book Club (BCE/BOMC). Attractive, sharp copy in all respects. Jacket has a bit of shelfwear. Perfect exmple of a false first, apparently printed from the first edition plates. The copyright page shows "First Printing, April, 1994" with a full number line. ISBN also appears to be as from the first trade edition. There is no debossing mark, however, the jacket is damningly unpriced. This in itself would not certify Book Club status, as a few publishers of trade editions have recently begun to put their jackets into stores unnpriced, but I was able to compare this item to several known mid-Nineties Dutton products, and they are all, of course, priced on their jacket flaps. One further note, this book does not have the sometimes notable cheap manufacturing common to Book Club editions. *We feel that books offered for internet sale should be described thoroughly and accurately. We assure the buyer that books listed by Brass Dolphin are so described, and graded, using the strict, traditional standards. *.
