London: Routledge, 1950. 1st edition thus in the Muses' Library series from Routledge, 12mo, 260pp, edited from the edition of 1600 with additional poems from the edition of 1614 by Hugh Macdonald; another sad tale this, previous owner covered jackets in protective plastic secured by of course selotape which a subsequent owner promptly ripped off upon acquisition, result perfectly decent books in excellent DJs marred by mutilated and scarred flaps. copious glue offsetting to inner of jacket and a little to endpapers; for all that, you'd look at them from the outside and think hm nice copy, nice jackets; priced down accordingly. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
