Germany: Leipzig, Schmidt & Gunther, 1930. 1072 pp.cloth covers, red fore edge pages. 21 plates including frontispiece. Miniature book. A 1200 word dictionary and phrase book that translates English to Danish to Norwegian. The last 100 pages or so act as a phrase book. Giving translates for numbers, common phrases (ex. How do you do? Or, my brother is ill), and even groups certain words together for ease of use (ex. words used at supper). At the end of the book, there are several pages that list the other language dictionaries printed by the company. Measures 2" x 1 1/4" Minor cover & edge wear. The spine is broken in some places, but otherwise fine. The red fore edge is faded in some places.
