First printed in two volumes in 1920, then reprinted in one book in 1959. Volume one is 115 pages with 50 songs, and volume two 129 pages with another 50 songs. Each volume is preceded by notes for each song pertaining to the origins and construction of the texts and melodies.
No dust jacket, but the cover boards and spine are very clean with tight ends and square corners. The pages are clean and crisp with no markings noted save the erasure of a price on the FFEP.
