London: Oldbourne Press, 1961. First edition (hardback). 4to (33cm by 26cm), 432pp. 184 plates in b&w and colour. Original grey cloth, dustwrapper. The book is in very good condition; the dustwrapper is in fair condition only (torn with significant loss to the rear panel); it has now been put in a mylar cover to protect it.
