Thick 8vo, pp. 1006, [9] subscribers' list; text in double column; full contemporary calf, rebacked in inoffensive maroon leatherette, original morocco label preserved; a good, sound copy. Crabb (1778-1851) "commenced the study of medicine, but being unable to endure the dissecting room resigned his medical studies to become assistant to a bookseller" (DNB) and wrote a number of legal digests and schoolbooks.
